Continental Device India Ltd. ( CDIL ) is an Indian semiconductor manufacturer, operating since 1964. CDIL has its own research and development center (R&D) and silicon production.

The company is engaged in the production of discrete semiconductor components such as diodes, rectifier bridges, transistors, thyristors and voltage stabilizers.
