The inverter must be set in general:

Fast test converter is not yet set up:

2, the inverter FWD and COM short, the inverter 10V and VI short. Connect the spindle. (Of course, according to the figure with a potentiometer to the inverter)
(Of course, according to the figure with a potentiometer on the 10V of the inverter, VI and GND is better).
3, power on, if the inverter can run at maximum speed, the spindle rotation is normal, basically means the settings are correct. (If you use a potentiometer, the speed is adjustable).

Remark:
General inverter has a variety of control methods, so it is generally necessary to set it. Light wiring without setting is basically impossible, so check the inverter manual and setting is a necessary step!
