The device is a monolithic integrated high-voltage, four-current driver with high current, designed to accept standard DTL or TTL logic levels and to control inductive loads (such as relay solenoides, DC

and stepper motors) and switching power transistors. To simplify use since two bridges each pair of channels is equipped with a release input. There is a separate power supply input for the logic, allowing operation at a lower voltage and internal clamping diodes are included. This device is suitable for use in switching applications with frequencies up to 5 kHz.
