CNC Shield V3.0 features:
New Arduino CNC Version 3.0
GRBL 0.8c compatible. (Arduino UNO open source firmware works which G-code commands translated into stepper signals)
4-axis support (X, Y, Z, A can be a duplicate of X, Y, Z or as a complete own 4th axis with custum firmware with use on pins D12 and D13)
2 x End stops for each axis (6 in total)
Spindle and direction switch on possibility
Cooling present
Uses removable Pololu A4988 or compatible stepper drivers. (A4988, DRV8825 and more)
Jumpers set for the Micro-Stepping for the stepper drivers. (Some drivers prefer to use the DRV8825. Up to 1/32 micro-stepping)
Compact design.
Stepper Motors can be connected with the 4 pin molex connectors or directly soldered
Operating voltage from 12 to 36 Volt DC. (At this moment only the Pololu DRV8825 drivers can handle 36V, so pay attention to the operating voltage before you switch on the shield)
